Email our support team within 7 days of delivery with your order ID and clear photographs of the sealed product to verify its condition.
Quality Approval
Our quality assurance team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) if the product meets our safety standards.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the perfume in its original shipping box with all protective padding to prevent leakage or breakage during transit back to our warehouse.
